1. Parties and merchant identity
These Terms are a contract between the customer and EHSAN SHAHBAKHTI FOR MARKETING AND PR CO. L.L.C S.O.C, a single-owner limited liability company licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under Trade Licence No. 1550127 (“we”, “us”, or “the Company”). Emperor Market is the service brand used for the online service.
2. Business service
Emperor Market provides subscription-based access to a data-driven sales and marketing performance analysis platform. The platform connects read-only to a customer's authorised CRM or e-commerce data, analyses sales and marketing performance, identifies potential follow-up and conversion gaps, and generates AI-assisted recommendations for human review. It is intended for business customers. A detailed service description is available on the Services page.
3. Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate and complete information, protect account credentials, be at least 18 years old, and have authority to act for the business you register. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
4. Plans, pricing, and payment
- Available plans, included features, billing periods, and prices are shown on the Pricing page and at checkout.
- Prices are stated in US Dollars unless another currency is clearly shown.
- Any applicable tax will be shown before payment and on the relevant invoice.
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically each month until cancelled. Annual billing is available on request.
- Payments are processed by an independent payment provider. We do not store full payment-card numbers.
- We may change future pricing by giving reasonable advance notice. A price change applies from a later renewal and not retrospectively.
5. Digital delivery
The service is delivered electronically; no physical goods are shipped. Paid access is normally activated immediately after successful payment and may take up to 24 hours where identity, account, or payment verification is required. Further details are in our Digital Service Delivery Policy.
6. Trials, cancellation, and refunds
New customers may start a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to begin the trial. Unless the customer cancels before the trial ends, the selected plan begins automatically at the end of the trial and the first charge is taken on that date. The trial period, its features, and its end date are shown before registration. Customers may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged, and may cancel future renewals before the next billing date. Refund requests are handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Acceptable use
You must use the service lawfully and comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may restrict or suspend use where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, or harm.
8. Customer data
You retain ownership of content you lawfully provide. You authorise us and our contracted providers to process it only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and administer the service, as further explained in the Privacy Policy.
9. AI outputs and customer review
AI outputs are generated from available data and instructions and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. They are informational decision-support material. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs, obtaining professional advice where needed, and approving all business actions.
10. Intellectual property
The service, interface, software, and brand materials are owned by or licensed to the Company. Subject to payment and compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business purposes during the subscription.
11. Third-party services
Optional integrations and payment services are operated by third parties and may be subject to separate terms, availability, or technical limitations. We are not responsible for third-party changes or outages outside our reasonable control.
12. Availability and changes
We aim to provide reliable access but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may maintain, improve, replace, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary, while seeking to avoid materially reducing prepaid core service without an appropriate remedy.
13. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability connected with the service is limited to the fees paid by the customer to us during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, material breach, fraud, security risk, sanctions or legal restrictions, or misuse of the service. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Subject to any mandatory rights or procedures, the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
16. Contact
