Free trial, then it renews
New accounts start with a 14-day free trial; a payment method is required to begin it. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your plan starts automatically and your card is charged on the same date each month until you cancel from Billing. We email you before every renewal.
Nothing extra at signup
Connector setup and pilot onboarding are in the price. There is no setup fee and no minimum term.
Cancelling and refunds
Cancel any time before the renewal date and you are not charged again. Refunds follow the published policy.
Prices and currency
All prices are in US dollars and exclude tax, which is calculated at checkout from your billing country.
One honest caveat. Emperor Market analyses and drafts; your team still closes. We report influenced revenue conservatively and tell you when a diagnosis turned out to be wrong. No outcome is guaranteed.
What counts as an active contact?
A record with at least one event in the billing period, not your whole database. A list of 40,000 dormant contacts with 3,000 active ones fits comfortably inside Growth.
What if I go over the limit?
Nothing stops working and nothing is charged automatically. We tell you, and you decide whether to move up. If you are under every limit, we say that too rather than suggesting an upgrade.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, in either direction, from the Billing page. Changes take effect from the next billing date.
