1. Digital service
Emperor Market is an online digital service. We do not sell or ship physical goods through this website.
2. Trial access
Where a free trial is offered, access is normally activated immediately after successful account registration and email verification.
3. Paid access
After a successful payment, the selected subscription is normally activated immediately. Activation may take up to 24 hours if additional account, identity, business, or payment verification is required.
4. Confirmation
A payment confirmation or invoice is sent to the billing email supplied by the customer. Subscription details are also displayed in the customer’s account where that function is available.
5. Delivery problems
If access is not available within 24 hours of a successful payment, contact support@emperor.market and include the account email and payment reference. We will investigate and either activate the service, correct the order, or arrange an appropriate refund.
6. No shipping charges
No shipping address, courier service, customs charge, or physical delivery fee applies to the subscription.
