This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions and applies to all use of the Emperor Market service.
1. Prohibited activities
Emperor Market does not sell leads, website traffic, followers, advertising engagement, or contact databases, and does not provide cold-lead lists or send bulk or unsolicited messages on its own. Customers may only use the service with business records they lawfully control — such as their own CRM or e-commerce data — and may only contact recipients where they have an appropriate legal basis.
- Spam and unsolicited communications: using the service to create, facilitate, or support bulk unsolicited messages or communications sent without an appropriate lawful basis.
- Phishing, impersonation, and fraud: misleading recipients, imitating another person or organisation, creating deceptive claims, or facilitating fraudulent activity.
- Illegal or harmful activity: using the service in a way that violates applicable law, infringes third-party rights, or promotes violence, harassment, discrimination, or unlawful conduct.
- Security abuse: distributing malicious code, attempting unauthorised access, probing systems, scraping protected areas, or bypassing security and usage controls.
- Misleading advertising: generating or publishing claims that are false, unsubstantiated, or likely to mislead customers about price, availability, performance, or expected results.
- Unauthorised data use: uploading, connecting, or processing personal or confidential information without the necessary rights, permissions, or lawful basis.
- High-impact automated decisions: using AI output as the sole basis for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without appropriate human review.
- Unauthorised resale: reselling, sublicensing, or white-labelling the service without a written agreement.
2. Customer responsibility
You are responsible for the data you submit, the instructions you provide, and all actions taken using your account. You must review AI-generated material before using it in campaigns, reports, or communications.
3. AI outputs
AI-generated outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are intended to support planning and analysis and must not be presented as guaranteed results or as legal, medical, tax, accounting, or investment advice.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may limit, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, third parties, our service providers, or the law. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.
5. Reporting misuse
Report suspected misuse to abuse@emperor.market.
